Invitation to join Thanksgiving service
View this email in your browser
Dear Colleagues and Friends,

We warmly invite you to join us in leading a shared gathering of prayer and thanksgiving in our upcoming annual Multi-faith Thanksgiving service to be held on Sunday, November 20th at 4pm at Temple Isaiah in Lafayette.

This event brings together neighbors of diverse faiths united in giving thanks for our many blessings. As we give thanks, we gather to celebrate cooperation and shared service for the entire community.

Joyce Pricco, Director of Music at St. Michael and All Angels will lead a multi-faith choir. Please share her email, mandjpricco@earthlink.net, with your choir/music director and encourage your members to participate.

Please find attached a short flyer that we hope can be included in your bulletins and newsletters to promote the event. Refreshments and conversation will follow the service.

A special offering will give neighbors an opportunity to give together for the financial support of the newly formed Housing Security Fund.

Please kindly respond to Jasmine Tarkoff at jtarkoff@aol.com by November 10th.

With hopes for peace and blessings,

Rev. Amanda May         Rabbi Judy Shanks
