SB 2 & SB 3 will be voted on very soon

According to the Sacramento Bee:

"Together, Senate Bill 2 and Senate Bill 3 would generate $5.1 billion over the next five years, according to lawmakers’ estimates. That money would allow local developers to leverage an additional $15.6 billion in federal and local funding for low-income construction and generate 70,000 new housing units, Senator Jim Beall said.

Both funding bills, as well as the larger package, can be voted on as soon as Friday."

The Multi-faith ACTION Coalition fully supports both of these bills and your action is needed to get them passed.  According to Senator Toni Atkins, author of Senate Bill 2, the votes aren't identified yet to pass this legislation.  Please take action now.  Call your local Assemblymember's office (numbers below) or join Housing California in calling targeted members by hitting the button below.
